DMA ASSESSMENT – ASSESSING FINANCIAL RISKS

• For each risk theme you selected, please use the scale provided to rate the associated :
  
  • RELATIONSHIP RISK: The potential losses arising from deteriorating relationships with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, guests, and local communities. (e.g., community/stakeholder activism, employee retention, supplier relationships).
  • RESOURCE RISK: The severity of potential disruptions or losses due to the unavailability or scarcity of essential resources, such as raw materials or capital. (e.g., dependency on fossil fuels, lack of capital to implement sustainable practices, poor quality of local produce, skill & staffing shortages, lack of technologies).
